Return & Refund Policy

Ahoy, Fellow Voyager!

We want you to be completely happy with your SEA Swag! If something doesn't fit quite right or isn't what you expected, we're here to help navigate the return waters.

Standard Returns (30 Days)

Chart your course for returns within 30 days of receiving your SEA Swag treasure. You have plenty of time to decide if your gear is seaworthy!

For smooth sailing, returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused (still shipshape!)
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase

Inflatables - Final Sale - No Returns

We stand behind our Trident fleet! However, for hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns on inflatables. We'll gladly replace or refund any Trident that arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects. Just drop us a line within 30 days with details and photos of the issue.

How to Chart Your Return Course

Send a message in a bottle (or email) to tridentsunite@gmail.com to start your return voyage. We'll provide sailing instructions and everything you need. Items that drift back to us without prior approval may not be accepted. Standard shipping rates apply - no hidden restock fees in these waters!

Damaged Cargo & Issues

Inspect your treasure chest immediately when it arrives at port! If any SEA Swag arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, signal us right away at tridentsunite@gmail.com so we can make things right.

What cannot Set Sail Back to Us

  • Sale items (already at rock-bottom depths!)
  • Gift cards
  • Inflatables (hygiene reasons covered separately above)

Exchanges

Need to swap your catch for different gear? We're happy to help you exchange for a different size or item! Contact our crew at tridentsunite@gmail.com to arrange the trade. Standard shipping rates apply for the journey.

Refunds

Once your returned treasure reaches our harbor and passes inspection, we'll send word if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds sail back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If your refund hasn't reached shore after 15 business days, send up a flare at tridentsunite@gmail.com.
