While we'd love to control the seas, shipping carriers operate on their own schedules. We're not liable for delays caused by:

• Shipping carrier delays or issues
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing (for international orders)
• Natural disasters or other events outside our control

Delivery Times

All delivery timeframes are estimates based on carrier schedules and are not guaranteed. Once we hand your package to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.
